Refund and Returns Policy

At Bold Vision Retails, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and how to proceed.

Overview

Our refund and returns window is 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, we regret that we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You must have a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are exempt from returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or consumables).
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers.
  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Certain health and personal care items where packaging has been opened.

Please note: Do not send your return directly to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to our address as mentioned below.

Partial Refunds

We may grant partial refunds in the following situations:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, cassette tapes, vinyl records, video games, or software.
  • Items not in their original condition, or damaged/missing parts due to reasons beyond our error.
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  • Step 1: Email us at Support@boldvisionretails.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
  • Step 3: Once approved, you will receive return instructions including the shipping address.
  • Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to us.
  • Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank account).

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still haven’t received it, contact us at Support@boldvisionretails.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund. Items purchased during a sale or promotional period cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged on arrival, or if the wrong item was delivered. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at Support@boldvisionretails.com with photographs of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received and approved. A gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary based on your location within India.
  • For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. Bold Vision Retails is not liable for returned items that are lost in transit.
