How do I find my Order ID?

Your Order ID is included in the order confirmation email sent to you immediately after placing your purchase. You can also find it under My Account → Orders if you have a registered account.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This is typically within 1–2 business days of placing your order.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location within India. Remote areas may take slightly longer. We ship across all Indian states via trusted courier partners.

What if my tracking information shows no updates?

It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to reflect on the courier’s system after dispatch. If your tracking has shown no updates for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team at Support@boldvisionretails.com or call (+91) 76438 54675.

My package shows delivered but I haven’t received it — what do I do?

Please first check with your neighbours or building security. If the package is still not found, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with our courier partner immediately.
