1. Order Processing Timeframe
- All orders undergo a strict quality check and are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation and successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- We provide Across India Delivery for all our products.
- Typically, once dispatched, standard orders will be delivered at your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your geographical location.
- Note: Unforeseen delays caused by severe weather, regional strikes, or courier network issues are beyond our control, but our support team will assist you in tracking your package.
3. Shipping Charges and Methods
- We accept both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment methods for shipments across India.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your order value and delivery destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number so you can easily monitor your delivery in real-time.
