Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At BOLD VISION RETAILS, we ensure all our products go through rigorous quality checks before dispatch. To maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, our return, refund, and replacement guidelines are strictly defined below.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Timeframe: You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
- Process: To cancel, please email us immediately at Support@boldvisionretails.com with your Order ID.
- Refund for Cancellation: If successfully cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
2. Return Eligibility & Timeframes
- Timeframe: Our return window is exactly 7 calendar days from the date of successful delivery. Return requests raised after the 7-day window will be strictly declined.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, unwashed/unworn (for apparel/shoes), and returned in the exact same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all brand tags, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories fully intact. You must also possess the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and hygiene, certain products cannot be returned once delivered:
- Used or altered apparel, shoes, or bags showing obvious signs of wear.
- Smartwatches or electronics where the manufacturer seal has been broken, or the device has been powered on/configured.
- Items damaged post-delivery due to customer mishandling or misuse.
4. Return Process and Reverse Pickup
- Step 1: Email us at Support@boldvisionretails.com with your order number, item details, clear photographs of the product, and the reason for return.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.
- Step 3: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2 to 4 business days. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pin code, you will be required to self-ship the product to our registered facility: Station Road, Birla Colony, Phulwari Sharif, Patna, Bihar, India – 801505.
5. Refund Processing Timeframes
- Inspection: Once the returned product is received back at our facility, our team will conduct a quality review within 3 to 5 business days.
- Credit Timeline: If the refund is approved post-inspection, the amount will be processed through the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days. For COD orders, our support team will request your bank details to execute a manual transfer within the same timeframe.
6. Replacement / Exchange Timeframes
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the incorrect size. If you opt for an exchange instead of a refund:
- Dispatch Timeline: Once the original damaged/incorrect item is received at our facility and the exchange is approved, the new replacement product will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery Timeline: The replacement product will be delivered to you within our standard shipping timeframe of 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
